* Some stains may be treated but not removed completely due to the type of stain. We try our best to remove stains but can't guarantee they will be totally removed.

*Mould: We do not treat mould as part of the cleaning process.

We do not offer any type of mould treatment. We will do our best to get everything as clean and safe as possible, however mould (especially on fabrics) could leave permanent marks. If you  are unsure about whether to use the items if mould marks are present then we strongly recommend seeking advice from a qualified source, such as the NHS, or replacing these items.
